There are 2 ways to register to the Vendor ID - One is using DDO ID and Employee Personal SSO ID. In this guide we will learn how you can register Vendor ID using Personal SSO ID of the Employee.

• Sign in to the SSO Account.

• To the left blue bar select Govt Apps.

• Open the IFMS 3.0 , if not available then just search in Quick Search bar.

• Now you are logged in to the official RajIFMS Portal.

• Select last one of the 3 available options "Access Citizen Self Service".

• Noy you get 6 options, open 4th option "Vendor Management".

• If you haven't already registered as vendor then Click  +Add New Firm  button available at right most area.

• Now you are at Vendor Registration section.

• In Vendor Registration section first you will have a popup menu as "Please verify your details click Enter SAN/GST IPAN Number."

• you can select one of the 4 available options-
        SAN Number,
        GST Number,
        Existing IFMS 2.0 user,
        PAN Number.

• Selecting PAN Number option will be easy process for most of the users.

• Enter The Pan Number and click Continue.

• Now select Category, if you are individual then select- Individual/Consultant/Professional

• Enter Perosnal Details-
        Name
        Mobile Number
        Email ld 

• Enter Address Details -
      Select State
      Select District
      PIN Code
      Full Address

• Enter Bank Details - click + Add new Details

    Virtual Account (Yes or No)
    IFSC code
    Account Number
    Account Holder Name
    Upload Cheque / Passbook Copy (PDF format)
    is this the primary account? (Yes or No)

• Add bank and click Submit Button , you will get a messege with your newly created  Vendor id

Successful
registration submitted successfully, Vendor id:XXXXXXXX

• On self service page under Vendor Management you will find options like -
      Work Orders,
      Track Payments,
      Check Challan Status.

• Now again click Vendor Management option and click My Dashboard.

• In left Menu sections click bottom last option Vendor SSO ID Mapping.

• At top click  + Map SSO ID  button available at right side.

• Search Vendor Through 
        Vendor ID,
        GST Number.
        SAN Number
       Account Number
  Enter any one of those and click search.

• Now popup will show all your Firm details and SSO ID , Just click Map SSO ID.

• Now enter OTP sent on your mobile number and click Proceed.

• now you will get messege -

SSO ID has been successfully mapped with the selected vendor
