Earlier to update JAN AADHAAR or to complete E-Kyc you had to visit to the Emitra Shop, But after JAN AADHAAR 2.0 Update goverment had simplified the process for the users.
Note that the JAN AADHAAR E-Kyc or Update process fatches data available on AADHAAR CARD , So to update the Photo in jan aadhaar or to update or correct any mistakes in Jan Aadhaat you first need to update your AADHAAR Card online or from AADHAAR Center.

• Sign in to the SSO Account.

• To the left blue bar select Citigen Apps. (G2C)

• Open JAN AADHAAR option , if not available then quick search by the name.

• Now you are at login verification page of JAN AADHAAR Portal E-KYC popup page.

• Agree the term and click Send OTP button at the bottom.

• Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number and click validate.

• Now you are logged into the JAN AADHAAR 2.0 Portal.

• Hover to the Enrollment drop down menu in top header.

• Now Click Family Ekyc at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

• Now enter ENROLLMENT ID/JAN AADHAAR ID and click Search button.

• A popup with all the family member list will open, Select any one of the member and click Aadhaar Authantication.

• Now similar to the last E-KYC popup you will get one more EKYC page for the member , You have to enter the OTP sent to the members AADHAAR linked Mobile number and proceed.

• Now the member you have selected KYC has been done successfully and now you will get a list of all members with their KYC Status.

• If any one is missing you can directly repeat the process for all the members for KYC verification or to just update jan adhaar details as per aadhaar card details.

Note that it may take some time may be days to comlete the process.

• To Check update status Hover again to the Enrollment drop down menu in top header.

• Now click second bottom option Family Status.

• Again ENROLLMENT ID/JAN AADHAAR ID/APPLICATION ID/MEMBER ID will be filled automatically you just need to click Search button.

• Under Family Details table you will get Verification Process Status Table.

• In this table all the members will be shown that are under process.

• Here you can see all the Update Status.
